Curtis Fielder is the head wrestling coach at Mineral Point High School in Wisconsin, a position he took over in 2019. A proud alumnus of Mineral Point, Fielder himself was a highly successful wrestler for the Pointers, winning WIAA Individual State Titles in 2005 and 2006. His deep understanding of the program’s traditions and his own experience as a state champion have been invaluable in leading the team.
Under Coach Fielder, the Mineral Point wrestling program continues its storied history of success. The Pointers claimed their 13th WIAA State Team Wrestling Championship in 2025, defeating Weyauwega-Fremont in the Division 3 State Final. Fielder also serves as a Special Education teacher at Mineral Point Middle School and is involved in the Wisconsin wrestling community as a District 5 Representative for the Wisconsin Wrestling Coaches Association.
